This is not far away of our life, for example, Bella's dad can’t breed oysters, because of the high temperature, no enough rain, so the sea is very salty. So she believes that we must make changes immediately, otherwise the lives of future generations will become more and more difficult.


Bella feel deeply that we have responsibility to introduce this clean energy and invite everyone to take action to realize the Carbon neutral in 2025 goal.


Bella love BSLBATT lithium batteries, which is meaningful and bring more convenient to our customers, also as a very important part of new clean energy.

I love our company culture, our team, our products, our customers. 


***Team: 

this is a magic team which have a clear goal in next 5 years, and work very hard. Sharing our experience with each other. And all of us with the same goal, aims to service as a contributing part to support and lead our distributors to be NO 1 In LiFePO4 Forklift Battery and The Replacement of Lead Acid Battery in their target Market.  

When our partners are happy and satisfied, we will feel happy and satisfied.


***Growth: 

I grow up from an ordinary sales to Top sales, EMEA Sales manager, have my own team-Super Power Team on 2019, and became one of shareholders in this company on 2020. After calculating all training that I had taken part in, total training time would over 1 year in last 6 years. Including sales, leaders courses. Some training had took continues 90 days for one phase. Keep learning, keep growing! 


***Customers Feedback

We had received over 5 inquiries from our website per day that they want to be our distributors, more and more customers trust in BSLBATT and satisfied with our batteries. So give us more energy to support our partners in different field.


***Exhibition

I had participated in various exhibitions and visited the market for these 6 years, Germany, Italy, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, South Africa, met over 1,000 customers to understand their requirements. Also learned different cultures and habits from different region. So I can quickly get customers ideas, easy for your communication.


--What is my main job right now? 


***For my customers: 

I am fully committed to help distributors to expand their sales channels, increase the sales volume and win more profit from our cooperation. For example, giving an idea about their new website, providing the training for their sales team, visiting their local market and meeting with their end customers together. Helping them how to promote the battery and build an assembling factory in local market, our goals is to help you to be the NO 1 in your local market. This is so exciting when we do it!

Providing training and support to our sales people. 

Treat myself as a boss to think and comply company strategies.
